We are honoured to be selected as one of the winners of 2021 NENnovation Award, category of Start-ups/Scale-ups.
The NENnovation award was created by The Netherlands Standardization Institute Foundation and recognizes the most innovative Dutch company in terms of technological, economic and sustainability impact. This year, after rounds of careful selection, the award committee had chosen Qlayers to be the 3rd most revolutionary company in the country.
This nomination is a recognition of our innovative coating technology, the 10Q robot, which enables contractors worldwide to apply protective coatings to industrial assets with high precision and no overspray.
According to the jury: “The patented painting robot developed by Qlayers combines two apparently well-known techniques that have not been used in combination before. The technology has been well thought out and executed in a professional manner. The jury also particularly noted that the link with AkzoNobel is a very strong approach”.
