Qlayers and Graco organized an exclusive demonstration event to showcase the 10Q robot version 4 and Graco’s XM sprayers incorporated in the system.
The event aimed to provide a great insight into the 10Q robots’ operational capabilities and the advanced technology of the XM sprayer incorporated into these robots. Combining Qlayers’ innovative robotic technology and Graco’s advanced fluid handling equipment provides companies with a reliable, high-performance solution for their coating needs.
Since 2020, Qlayers’ 10Q robot has been successfully deployed in several coating projects around the world. The optimized version 4 offers higher coating speed and includes Graco’s XM plural-component sprayer, which ensures higher coating consistency and quality for maximum asset protection.
The event consisted of presentations by Qlayers and Graco, a robotic coating demonstration on the test wall, Q&A sessions, and unique interactive stations where participants can learn more about the technical specifications of the 10Q paint robot, spray shielding system, user reporting software, service and maintenance packages.
