Qlayers website does not use cookies, it does not collect personal data. We don't track, analyze or document how you browse our website.

We collect your email address and name when you subscribe to our newsletter via the subscription form on www.qlayers.com;

We save data when you approach us for a collaboration project, an assignment or job offer;

We save data when we approach you for a collaboration project, an assignment or job offer.

Types of data we collect

We collect contact details such as your name, telephone number, e-mail addresses and job description;

We save documents and contracts of collaboration projects and assignments (without breaching confidentiality)

Why we save or collect data

We collect data to perform services in which your are interested or that are requested, such as our newsletter. We save data, such as contracts, to be able to participate and perform in collaboration projects and assignments. These documents are never shared outside the company without permission of all involved parties.

Sharing data with third parties

Qlayers uses a third party, Mailchimp, to distribute the monthly newsletter. Only names and email addresses are known to this party. Mailchimp may collect information about your device and interaction with Qlayers mail campaign. Mailchimp uses cookies and other tracking technologies to collect some of this information. Unsubscribing of Qlayers newsletter can be done with the button ‘unsubscribe’, displayed at the bottom of every newsletter. A request for un-subscription can also be send to info@qlayers.com. Your rights

You have the right to access personal information we hold about you (and only you). We will comply within one month of your request;

You have the right to make us correct inaccurate personal data about you;

You have the right to be deleted/forgotten by us;

You have the right to file a compain regarding our use of your data via the National Data Protection Authority. We do, however, appreciate us first so we can address your concerns yourselves.
