CEO and co-founder of Qlayers delivered a winning pitch at “Female Founders Coast to Coast”, an event organized by Holland in the valley.
Josefien Groot was nominated as one of the most promising Dutch female entrepreneurs and had the opportunity to pitch to a panel of US-based experts, business leaders from Silicon Valley, New York and one of the most important VCs in the USA, Softbank.
She was selected as the winner of the New York Female Founders Coast to Coast competition.
The CEO and co-founder of Qlayers has already won multiple international awards for her remarkable achievements. The company that she leads is developing innovative robotic solutions to apply protective coating in a safe, efficient and environmentally friendly manner. This unique application method can be deployed in various industries for coating storage tanks, wind turbines and ships.
