Josefien co-founded Qlayers with Ruben Geutjens in 2017. Driven by their passion for sustainability, they form a highly complementary management team to make industrial surfaces functional with nature-inspired solutions. Qlayers is the industry pioneer and leader in industrial robotic coating application, delivering coating projects in Europe, North America, the Middle East, and South East Asia.
