Qlayers is honored to announce winning the gold award under the Emerging Technology category in Tank Storage Awards 2022.
The Emerging Technology Award is given to cutting-edge technology that allows forward-thinking storage terminals to keep pace with a rapidly changing working environment.
Out of 200 international entries, our 10Q robot for coating storage tanks has won the first place. In addition, our CEO and co-founder, Josefien Groot, was awarded the Rising Star bronze honor which recognizes individuals with the potential to make significant contributions to the tank storage industry’s future development.
These awards are a testament to the dedication and hard work that goes on behind the scenes at Qlayers and they will only serve to push us harder toward achieving our mission.

Tank Storage Awards was founded in 2017 aiming to celebrate terminal achievements and provide a source of inspiration for global Tank Storage community. It serves as a platform for the storage tank community to interact, connect, and more.
The winners of 2022 Tank Storage Awards will be selected by a judging panel consisting of 16 international experts in the storage sector from enterprises such as Vopak, Oiltanking, Ineos, BP, The Oil and Pipelines Agency.
