Qlayers completed the very first coating project in a tank terminal in Houston, Texas.
In this project, the 10Q magnetic crawler was deployed by the Partner Industrial crew to coat 40,302 ft² of the total exterior surface of a floating top storage tank, a high coverage area considering a large amount of completely inaccessible areas with staircases and protrusions.
This project proudly marks our first step in entering the North American market and demonstrates the capability of our robotic solution to boost the efficiency and safety of coating application projects.
