On the 20th of October, Qlayers showcased the company’s innovative coating solution for the tanks storage and wind turbine industries during the latest Kic|Mpi exhibition in Vlissingen.
The exhibition was organized in a collaboration between Kic | Mpi and Digitaal Doen Zeeland, introducing the latest technological innovation that can make maintenance projects safer, more efficient and more sustainable. This year many visitors from various industries such as oil & gas, wind energy and maritime attended the demo event.
The event was organized with two main goals said Rutger van der Male, the organizer : “First of all, we look at how we can use robotics to make work in the process industry safer. Inspectors in that sector often have to do dangerous work in confined spaces. Today we see how robots can make work safer”. Read more about the event here.
