ABOUT THE INTERNSHIP

At Qlayers we’re revolutionizing the way large-scale industrial assets such as ships and storage tanks are coated. Our patented robotic technology enhances coating quality, boosts efficiency, and significantly reduces environmental impact.

 

We are looking for a motivated and creative Video Production Intern to assist in creating and editing content videos for our marketing channels. This internship provides hands-on experience in video production, from scriptwriting and filming to editing and enhancing content with animation.

 

You will be working closely with our Content Marketeer and Marketing Manager to create engaging and educational storytelling videos and reels to bring Qlayers’ visions and missions closer to our target audience.

 

This internship is highly valuable for creative individuals who are interested in stepping into B2B, deep-tech environment.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Assist in producing marketing and sales video materials like social media reels, product explanation videos, testimonial videos etc.
  • Collaborate with team members to gather information and ensure video content is accurate and relevant
  • Help with storyboarding, scripting and organizing shoots
  • Edit videos with professional software, incorporating animations, voiceovers, and visual aids
  • Ensure all videos meet brand guidelines and address customer needs effectively.

We are looking for

Qualifications and skills:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Media Production, Film, Communication, or a related field
  • Experience with and basic knowledge of operating camera equipment like Canon EOS M50 or Panasonic Lumix DMC- G80
  • Basic knowledge of video editing software (E.g Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Davinci Resolve, Canva Video Editing, or similar tools)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to break down hard concept and make it digestible for both targeted audience and general audience
  • Excellent communication and organization skills
  • Creative mindset.

 

Nice-to-have:

  • Familiarity with motion graphics software (e.g. Adobe After Effects) and 3D editing software (e.g. Blender)
  • Any prior experience in creating product explanation is advantageous but not required.
