As our sales support intern, you'll work closely with the sales and marketing team departments to facilitate efficient communication with prospects, streamline processes, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. You will also play a crucial role in assisting our sales team to effectively navigate the sales process and provide exceptional customer experiences. THE POSITION
As our sales support intern, you'll work closely with the sales and marketing team departments to facilitate efficient communication with prospects, streamline processes, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. You will also play a crucial role in assisting our sales team to effectively navigate the sales process and provide exceptional customer experiences. This internship will provide you with hands-on experience in a fast-paced technology environment, collaborating with experienced professionals to learn the ins and outs of sales support functions.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in managing and organizing sales leads, contacts, and customer data using our HubSpot CRM system.
- Assist in scheduling and coordinating meetings, presentations, and sales events.
- Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries, maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create and maintain sales materials, presentations, and product documentation.
- Support the preparation of sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to coordinate sales campaigns, promotions, and events to boost lead generation and customer engagement.
- Participate in sales training and development sessions to enhance your understanding of sales processes and techniques.

- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Professional qualifications:

FluidDYNAMICS/TESTING INTERN
Fluid dynamics intern for spray characterization (From February 2021)
Responsibilities:
During this project you will be responsible for testing the effect of Newtonian and non-Newtonian liquid particle impacting on substrates with different properties. The goal of this internship is to get a better understanding on the impact of paint droplets on a variety of surfaces and what kind of roll it plays in the coating process itself.
You will be responsible for the design of experiments with our characterization machine, testing and analysing testing data and improving of:

During this project you will be responsible for the design and testing of a new technique to measure the layer thickness of coatings. The goal of this project is to make a sensor that can measure the layer thickness which will be used to do the quality control on the applied coating layer.
