We are looking for a Business Developer to join our sales team and to help us execute our aggressive growth plans globally. You will have a key role in bringing our products and services to the market by operationalising our current strategies and business models. At the same time, you will be responsible for developing new markets, strategies and business models for all our potential product-market combinations. You will succeed by building strong relationships with senior stakeholders in our targeted markets globally.

We are looking for a Business Developer to join our sales team and to help us execute our aggressive growth plans globally. You will have a key role in bringing our products and services to the market by operationalising our current strategies and business models. At the same time, you will be responsible for developing new markets, strategies and business models for all our potential product-market combinations. You will succeed by building strong relationships with senior stakeholders in our targeted markets globally.
You will report to our CEO and your main responsibilities will be:
- Lead and manage the commercial, business development and operational activities in relation to the company’s market segment solutions
- Work closely with key stakeholders on technology adoption, provide early specification management & influence, positioning Qlayers robots as a preferred solution
- Ensure that major accounts in the markets are identified and work with End-Users, Contractors, Partners & Distributors and formulate go-to-market strategies
- Developing and managing strategic partnerships to grow the business
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers along the complete value chain to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction
- Oversee the preparation of technical and commercial proposals through internal and external resources. Ensure all bids follow relevant company procedures and guidelines as well as legal requirements
- Prioritize opportunities and build and identify opportunity pipeline. Monitor, maintain and deliver strategic market performance and intelligence on a frequent basis
- Collaborates across cross-functional teams to develop and deliver solutions that aligns with clients’ needs and objectives
- Work closely together with the Operations team to set up new projects, open new markets and manage our global fleet of robots from a commercial perspective
- Communicate customer input (value proposition, user experience/friendliness) to Research and Development for product updates and upgrades to improve customer satisfaction
- Travel to partners and customers all around the world in order to build and maintain relationships
- Attend and represent the company at business meetings, events and exhibitions
REQUIREMENTS

FluidDYNAMICS/TESTING INTERN
Fluid dynamics intern for spray characterization (From February 2021)
Responsibilities:
During this project you will be responsible for testing the effect of Newtonian and non-Newtonian liquid particle impacting on substrates with different properties. The goal of this internship is to get a better understanding on the impact of paint droplets on a variety of surfaces and what kind of roll it plays in the coating process itself.
You will be responsible for the design of experiments with our characterization machine, testing and analysing testing data and improving of:

During this project you will be responsible for the design and testing of a new technique to measure the layer thickness of coatings. The goal of this project is to make a sensor that can measure the layer thickness which will be used to do the quality control on the applied coating layer.
