ABOUT THE JOB

As a Robotics Software Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in the development, design, and testing of advanced coating solutions. Your technical expertise, extensive experience, and diverse skill set will be key to driving the success of our innovative team. Your key responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of automation solutions, covering all stages from conceptual design to production deployment.
  • Define, analyze, and recommend hardware components to meet system automation requirements
  • Design and implement software modules to control and integrate complex hardware systems
  • Write high-quality, testable, and efficient code following best practices in software engineering
  • Initiate, evaluate, and implement innovative ideas to continuously improve product functionality and performance
  • Collaborate effectively in a team environment while demonstrating the ability to work independently when needed
  • Maintain, refactor, and optimize existing codebases to enhance stability and performance.

We are looking for

Professional qualifications and skills:

  • M.Sc./BSc/BA degree in Computer Science or Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Robotics Engineer or in a similar role.
  • 3+ years of experience in C++ software development, with a strong focus on performance and reliability.
  • Hands-on experience with 3D sensing technologies and/or path planning algorithms.
  • Familiarity with Linux-based development environments, including configuration, debugging, and deployment.
  • Experience working with articulated multi-axis robots (e.g., FANUC) is a plus.

  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to work across multidisciplinary teams
  • High attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
