ABOUT THE JOB

As an Electrical Engineer, you will actively contribute to the design and implementation of advanced automatic applicator systems for industrial applications. You’ll gain hands-on experience with tools like EPLAN P8 while deepening your understanding of safety standards and system integration. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and be part of a team shaping innovative, high-performance solutions in robotics and automation.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Help design and improve electrical schematics and layouts using EPLAN P8 (or similar)
  • Assist in building electrical systems that follow safety standards like NEN 3140, IEC 60204-1 and CE
  • Support the selection and integration of components based on system requirements
  • Lead the assembly and testing processes of electrical cabinets and prototypes
  • Learn and apply EMC principles in system design
  • Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to support project execution

We are looking for

Professional qualifications and skills:

Must-have:

  • BSc/BA degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field (final-year students may also apply)
  • 3-5 years of experience as an Electrical Engineer or in a similar role
  • Experience with EPLAN P8 (or similar) for electrical schematics design
  • Solid foundation in electrical system design and safety compliance
  • Willingness to work hands-on in lab environments

Nice-to-Have:

  • Basic programming knowledge (e.g., Python or similar languages)
  • Exposure to PLC programming and industrial automation
  • Awareness of ISO 13849 and ATEX standards

  • Exceptional problem-solving skills with a proven ability to innovate and deliver practical solutions
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to work across multidisciplinary teams
  • High attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Strong organizational skills and a dedication to upholding high-quality engineering standards and best practices.
