ABOUT THE JOB

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of advanced systems for coating applications. The candidate will work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including robotics and material science experts, to ensure seamless system integration and performance.

Your key responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of a mechatronic systems for coating application on flat and curved surface.
• Take ownership of mechanical design, prototyping, component selection and system integration for the assigned projects including design calculations, data analysis, test plans and reporting.
• Work closely with cross-disciplinary teams, including electrical, software, and robotics engineers, to ensure seamless integration of mechanical components with the overall system.
• Participate in design reviews, provide feedback on mechanical aspects, and troubleshoot issues as they arise throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead system-level testing, validation, and optimization for each project to ensure successful commercialization.
• Create, maintain, and control documentation: manufacturing specifications, operation and service manuals, and testing records.
• Provide global technical support for both potential and existing customers.
• Assist the Sales Department with support & preparation of technical literature.

 

We are looking for

Professional qualifications and skills:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in mechanical engineering, with a focus on system development and integration.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical system design, robotics, and precision engineering.
  • Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, CATIA) and simulation tools (e.g., ANSYS).
  • Experience with fluid dynamics, microstructures, or surface coating technologies.
  • Hands-on experience with robotic systems and their integration into complex mechanical systems.
  • Experience in the aerospace or manufacturing industries, particularly with coating systems.
  • Familiarity with printhead technology or additive manufacturing systems.
  • Understanding of system-level testing, validation, and optimization for complex industrial systems.
  • Familiarity with control systems, particularly for robotic arm integration.
  • Experience with laser systems, sensors, or robotics is a plus.

  • Salary range of EUR 3200-4500 gross per month. The exact amount depends on the seniority of the candidate.
